Kehillah encourages and assists faculty as they hone their teaching craft. Each faculty member creates pedagogical goals through a Professional Growth Plan designed to further their objectives. Our departmental Deans partner with faculty to guide, create, and reflect on classroom innovation. Robust professional development opportunities are available to all employees. We encourage faculty members to attend conferences and workshops during the school year and the summer.
