Peter Kistler teaches English at Kehillah and has been a high school English teacher since 2005. He is a Bay Area native, and holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and an M.S. in Mass Communications, both from San Jose State University. He is passionate about teaching argumentation, rhetorical studies, and media literacy, and has coached high school parliamentary debate for the last eight years. He and his wife Lindsay live in San Jose, and enjoy cooking, camping, playing video and tabletop games, and the San Jose Sharks.
