Rachel Paley’s education in how to educate others began when working with her own daughter. She was particularly interested in evidence-based teaching methods and pursued training in Slingerland and Orton-Gillingham multi-sensory, structured language instruction as well as Making Math Real, applied behavior analysis, and positive behavior supports. Before joining Kehillah, Rachel worked with the ever-entertaining elementary students in the Mountain View-Whisman School District.
Rachel received a B.A. from Yale University in Economics and Political Science and has an M.B.A from New York University.
