At the top of last week’s eNews was -of course- the election. In the tidal wave of information around this particularly attention-getting event we quietly celebrated a victory for one former Kehillah History Teacher, Chris Chiang. Mr. Chiang won a seat on the Mountain View Whisman School District Board.
Mr. Chiang taught World History 1 at Kehillah and was our first AP Government teacher. He started a tradition of taking seniors to Sacramento to lobby politicians and learn more about the legislative process. He also was the faculty sponsor for our first Model UN team. We are so proud of Mr. Chiang and wish him the best with his new role on the School Board!

We still have not reached our goal and we need your help. Your gift goes to keeping the same level of transformative education going!
Our remote program is thriving but our administration is also working towards safely transitioning to some in person teaching. Whether it’s hybrid or bringing everyone back together in person, it must be done as safely as possible! Our work continues behind the scenes to ensure a comfortable transition. Every little bit helps! With our matching program, a little goes a long way :).
