Alignment with Considerations
- • Students are split alphabetically (to keep families on the same schedule) into A/B groups.
- • Alternating weekly — A group on campus, in person/ B group off campus, remote.
- • When remote, students will have a combination of “zooming into” class (with a class buddy) and attending to Project Based Learning, collaborative assignments, or individual work with office-hour check-ins as determined by each teacher.
- • Technology upgrades will improve remote experience.
- • Lunch blocks will be staggered and students will eat outside, safely spaced
- Lunch will be scheduled into one of the following blocks: 3, 4, 8, or 9.
- • Passing time allows for orderly and safe movement according to flow plan.
- • Protects community, Reflective Practice, Siddur Minyan, and Shabbat release-time.
- • Flex Day allows for
- grouping of students according to grade or other community-building goal
- deepest cleaning
- professional development time for faculty
- additional office hours for 1:1 support
- AP class time as determined by teacher
- • When we shift to a 100% online program, the schedule stays the same– reduces cognitive load and stress for all.
- • For families who choose to remain remote, students are on common schedule with all others.
