Sandi MacQuinn

Sandi MacQuinn comes from almost five decades of educational leadership: 25 years as a teacher in the Spokane, Washington Public Schools, and 22 in private education at Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, Massachusetts where she taught English in grades 8-12, served as Dean of Faculty and Director of Service Learning, received the Vernon Green Award for Faculty Excellence, and held the Edgerly Teaching Chair. Her Master’s Degree in Education is from Whitworth College, where she majored in Applied Psychology and Shakespearean Studies.

Amongst Sandi’s many accolades throughout her career, she was awarded the

“District 81 (Spokane) Distinguished Teacher Award”

EF Forum “American Classroom Teacher Award”  

Fulbright Hayes Scholar to Romania and Bulgaria 1996

Sandi loves movies, her lively family, stacks of books, acrylic painting, and her kitten Princess Leia (not necessarily in that order!) She is delighted to be part of such a vibrant community.
